Unable to identify and address the problem. Incorrect parts ordered. Poor communication. Recorded job as complete when it wasn't. Ultimately Lowe's executed buy-back option.

Ok service but over a week later than what was estimtaed

I was without a washer for 2 weeks plus. The actual repair time was 1 week more than what was quoted by the repair guy...supposedly awaiting parts.


great service, no charge, polite technician

i was unsure at first but i can tell you the service was excellent. above my expectations.


We were very frustrated with the confirmation message not leaving the name of the company or purpose for the call. Also, the gentleman who worked on the refrigerator smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Even after he left, our home smelled of smoke for hours. Also he bad mouthed “Geek Squad” technicians. He said he was trained by Samsung and they weren’t and really didn’t know what exactly to do. He also did not defrost the ice maker before taking it apart and used a tool to chip away the ice/frost forcing the parts out. I would not want this experience repeated.

Good service, timely completed, couldn't shut off water, so I did in garage. But cleaned up too.

Would Not recommend

Very careless and in too big of hurry, no consideration for appliance and work was very, very fast careless about position of the appliance when finished. Why even hire someone like that? This is the second time they send repair person like this.
