Houston is thriving with events and activities year round, but there are some exciting events coming to Houston this Fall. Compiled here are just a four of those events.
Brick Fest Live Lego
Starting on October 20th at 10 am you can go explore all things Lego! There are several activities planned such as Lego car racing, a Lego mosaic show, life-sized Lego creations you can make your own, and much more. Whether you’re an adult that fondly remembers playing with Legos as a kid, a parent with a child that loves Legos, or anything in between, all are welcome. African and Caribbean Food Festival
October 27th from 2-10 pm you can enjoy a variety of foods from Africa and the Caribbean at India House. Admission is free until 5 pm with an RSVP. Tickets are $10. Wearing African or Caribbean attire is welcome. For more information on the event and to purchase tickets, click here.
Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos)
Celebrate your ancestors and lost loved ones in downtown Houston this year. Dressing for the holiday is highly recommended, but please be respectful to the cultures involved in this celebrations. There will be a lot of parking restraints so check here to find acceptable places. Houston Fairytale Ball
Join all your favorite Disney princesses starting on November 17th at 9 am. There will be a variety of activities to participate in with the princesses including making tiaras with The Little Mermaid. Tickets go fast if you are interested to get them soon.
